Do you bill public or private insurance?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not bill insurance. This includes Medicare or Medicaid. We do accept credit cards or cash. We also work with Inclusa, Modivcare, and several facilities in Western Wisconsin. We can bill your facility, if applicable.


Where are you located? What is your service area?

We are currently based in and around the areas of Star Prairie, Wisconsin and Osceola, Wisconsin, in northern Saint Croix and Southern Polk counties respectively. Our normal service area is within 30 miles of either location, in which there will be no additional charges for pick-ups or drop-offs in that area. Beyond 30 miles, we charge unloaded mileage getting there and/or coming back. While we are not eager to charge more than is fair, sometimes we are forced to in order to make it viable for staying in business.


Do you only provide transportation of medical services?

For the most part, medical transportation is what we do. However, while we specialize in stretcher and wheelchair transportation, we have one van that is entirely for passengers that are able to walk and it serves as a regular taxi that you can call and reserve. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made a soft company policy to only take people to medical appointments or other essential travel, but we’re not bound to that rule. Currently, we do not service bars or sober cab as we are not equipped to do so, but we can drive you to the airport or to dinner with family if our services are required for such an event.

We operate from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
